Hydrow was looking for a solution that would enable an engaging customer experience, improve conversions, and allow their team the ability to seamlessly manage the customer experience via the CMS. A headless approach with Shopify as the ecommerce platform and Contentful as the CMS solution was the best way to make this happen.
Our design and creative technology teams focused on the best way to fuse content and commerce to create an inspiration-driven shopping experience. This was executed through the use of vivid imagery, engaging videos, and smooth interactions across the website. One of the most notable experiences is the rower package configurator. This enables customers to order a rower package, membership, and warranty in one seamless process upon clicking order now.
